Essential:

- Understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these

- Experience of working with young people, preferably in a school setting
- Ability to use a range of technology to support the role
- Ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to work constructively as part of a team
Desirable:
- Completion of DfES Teacher Assistant NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
- Working with or caring for children of relevant age
