We are an independent park with 52 touring pitches and 11 holiday lodges. The park is situated near to Inverness busy city centre and next to several recreational pursuits including a leisure centre, golf club, canal, restaurants.
We are looking for a reliable assistant to join us at our central Inverness Caravan Park for the 2026 season. You will be required to undertake all aspects of the caravan park operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they have a great holiday experience
- Daily locking/unlocking of the park reception and adhering to security and safety procedures
- Welcoming newly arriving customers and helping to ensure they have everything they require to settle in quickly
- Cleaning, general maintenance and repairs across the site
- Answering telephone calls and managing queries
- Maintaining the grounds, ensuring they are tidy and safe for all visitors
- Supporting guests to site caravan/motorhome on pitch
Key requirements and skills:
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- High standard of cleanliness
- Ability to work as part of a team & also alone using your own initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
- A hands-on approach with the ability to undertake general maintenance tasks and repairs
- Ability to work weekends and bank holidays
- A can do, positive attitude
This is a seasonal position from April to September. Average of 2-3 days each week inclusive of weekends with the opportunity of additional hours at peak times. Experience in the leisure industry and basic DIY skills is an advantage.

Pay: £12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 22.5 per week
