Description/Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Design Specialist to join our in-house Marketing & Business Development team in London. This role plays a key part in shaping the visual identity of the firm across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism in all materials. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for design, understand the nuances of working within a law firm environment, and be comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Design high-quality marketing and BD collateral including brochures, pitch documents, capability statements, event materials, and digital assets
  • Develop visuals for internal and external campaigns (print and digital)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, adhering to corporate brand guidelines
  • Create and maintain templates (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, proposal documents)
  • Support the creation of visuals for social media, web content, and email campaigns
  • Work closely with lawyers and BD teams to interpret and execute on design briefs
  • Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., printers, external designers) as needed
  • Manage the firm’s image library and visual assets
  • Contribute to brand evolution projects (e.g., rebranding, website refresh)

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a professional services
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Strong layout and typography skills
  • Experience creating branded PowerPoint presentations (essential)
  • Familiarity with digital design for websites, email, and social media
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Must be self-motivated, able to act on own initiative and have excellent organisational and time management skills to deliver projects without immediate supervision
  • Hardworking and dedicated and always carries out tasks with care and perseverance
