We are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth across South East and East Anglia by developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with existing customers. Developing sales of our structural support products, you will manage an established customer base through a structured call cycle, ensuring excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and strengthen customer loyalty. Alongside this, you will proactively identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities, maintaining a strong sales pipeline to expand our market presence and achieve sales growth.
Additionally, you will:
- Prepare quotes and manage daily sales administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Carry out competitor analysis and evaluate lost sales
- Attend trade days, exhibitions, product launches and team meetings
About You
To be considered as an Area Sales Manager, you will need:
- A proven track record in account management, sales, and customer service
- Strong territory management and new business development capabilities
- Confidence in building customer relationships through client entertainment and representing a business at trade or industry events
- To be comfortable working independently and as part of a hybrid team environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays and occasional international trips
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- A full, valid driving licence
