Workshop Engineer

We’re looking for a practical, technically minded Workshop Engineer to join our team manufacturing high-quality water boosting and pressurisation equipment.

If you enjoy hands‑on engineering, take pride in solid workmanship, and like seeing a job through from build to test, you’ll fit in well here.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Building and testing a wide range of pumping equipment, including cold‑water booster sets and pressurisation units.
• Carrying out mechanical tasks: metalwork, pipe threading, general assembly (not essential that you’ve done it all).
• Electrical work including power and control wiring, basic panel builds, and inverter drive set‑ups (full experience not required).
• Workshop‑based work with occasional site jobs (CSCS helpful but not mandatory).
• Working independently when needed, while also supporting the wider team.

What We\’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with some experience in workshop or field engineering.
• Basic electrical knowledge is required; deeper experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Pump experience or water industry knowledge would be useful but not a deal‑breaker.
• A driving licence would be helpful for occasional site work.
• Someone reliable, hands‑on, and able to work safely and methodically.

Hours & Benefits

• Location: Leicester LE19 (Workshop‑Based with Occasional Site Work)
• Salary circa £32,000
• Monday to Friday – 39‑hour working week
• Overtime available
