Salary: £14,187 or £22.75 per hour - (£35,468 pro rata)

Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Maternity Cover

Working Hours: 12 hours per week, over a minimum of two days (including a 30-minute lunch break)

Location: Coventry CV7 (free parking)

Start Date: Early August.

Our client based in Coventry is an IT digital consulting company. They are a small close-knit team which works a lot within the non-profit third sector and are justifiably proud of the massive social impact that their work has.

They are currently seeking a proactive, people-savvy Project Administrator to help steer their operations, coordinate projects, and keep their software delivery team on track all while working part-time in a supportive, flexible environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Meeting Mastery: Schedule, prep, and run efficient project and budget meetings; Follow up on actions and keep everything moving.
  • Capacity & Budget Oversight: Maintain a clear view of team workload and annual leave; Track project budgets, assist invoicing, and keep everything up to date.
  • Project Tracking: Record decisions and actions from key meetings; Ensure tasks don’t fall through the cracks.
  • Tool & System Coordination: Update spreadsheets, workflows, and automated reminders; Confidently tweak formulas and tools like Airtable and Asana.

You will be:

  • Meticulously organised and detail-driven.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communicator across all levels.
  • Confident with digital tools - especially Slack, Airtable, Asana, and Google Workspace.
  • At ease with data, spreadsheets, and team coordination.
