Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machining centres or CNC turning centres with precision and efficiency.
- Work with Fanuc or Siemens controls to produce components to exacting tolerances, ensuring compliance with detailed engineering drawings.
- Perform rigorous checks of manufactured components using precision measuring equipment to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Contribute to the production of safety-critical parts that are subject to high levels of inspection, guaranteeing accurate and consistent quality.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to optimise manufacturing processes and ensure smooth workflow.
