Estimator / Project Manager – Commercial Air Conditioning Ventilation Full-time | West Midlands (B62 area) £40–£47,000 DOE + bonus scheme Our client is a well-established commercial HVAC contractor with 30 years' experience delivering air-conditioning and ventilation solutions. Core work includes split, twin and multi-split systems, VRV/VRF installations, air handling units (AHUs), heat recovery units (HRUs) and associated ventilation, with full project delivery from survey and design support through to commissioning and handover. They are seeking an experienced, commercially aware Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in air conditioning and ventilation. You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry, survey and quotation through procurement, installation, commissioning, handover and final account. The role calls for sound HVAC technical knowledge, accurate estimating, strong project control and professional customer communication. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for commercial air-conditioning and ventilation projects from drawings, specifications, site surveys and customer enquiries.
