Our client based in Coventry is an IT digital consulting company. They are a small close-knit team which works a lot within the non-profit third sector and are justifiably proud of the massive social impact that their work has.
They are currently seeking someone with an analytical mind and good attention to detail to join their team that researches, selects and implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for their charity clients. The role will focus primarily on:
- Interviewing and collaborating with client representatives
- Researching and analysing the clients current processes and practices
- Helping to design a solution within a CRM platform and related tools
- Data rationalisation and transformation
- CRM configuration
- Data migration
- Delivering training and producing help documentation for client
- Managing and leading projects
- Owning client relationships in collaboration with other CRM team members
Youll work across the full implementation lifecycle from designing high-level implementation approaches and data design strategies to training clients on the use of their new system.
Desirable skills
- Experience using CRM ideally in the charity sector (e.g., as a charity database manager)
- Experience of data auditing and analysis
- Client-facing & consulting experience
- Project or programme management
- Experience configuring CRM software

You can be based at home or in the office and although they would prefer you to be able to get into the Coventry office a couple of times a week, they are ultra-flexible; it is all about getting the job done rather than attending Teams meetings.
Salary range: £35k - £45k depending on experience.
