The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

Location: London / Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum plus on target bonus

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Education and Children’s Rights team in London. This is a key role providing support to the Head of Department, Team Leaders, and colleagues, whilst also contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in community care, education law, or public law matters to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents, including correspondence and witness statements
  • Preparing and reviewing court bundles and case documents
  • Completing legal aid forms and applications, and liaising with the Legal Aid Agency
  • Handling new client enquiries and supporting the file opening process
  • Maintaining good file management and accurate record keeping
  • Communicating with clients and third parties by telephone, in writing, and in person
  • Taking detailed attendance notes and attending court where required
  • Conducting legal research and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting colleagues with casework and wider departmental projects

It is essential that applicants have previous experience working within Education and Children’s Rights.
