To develop and manage a mixed caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) matters ensuring there is a focus on high value cases. In addition to managing a caseload, the role holder will conduct their own advocacy where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a mixed caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) matters.
  • Effectively and efficiently conduct cases on behalf of clients in accordance with the overall policies and objectives of the firm.
  • Develop local business to secure referrals.
  • Participate in the development, marketing, and success of the department.

Key Requirements

  • Must be qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and hold a current practising certificate.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience and demonstrated experience in managing an EL/PL caseload
  • Demonstrated experience in in conducting own advocacy.
  • Strong business development skills.
