What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, with a focus on complex, high-value cases
- Handling your own advocacy, where appropriate
- Supporting the growth and development of our Clinical Negligence department
- Building strong local networks and referral relationships to drive new business
- Collaborating with other Partners to nurture internal referral opportunities
- Utilising our case management systems and ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- Playing an active role in marketing initiatives, including contributing to our website content and thought leadership
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Clinical/Medical Negligence
- Proven track record of managing a busy and varied caseload
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Confidence with legal tech and case management systems
- Commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients
