The predicted salary is between 38250 - 46750 £ per year.
To develop and manage a caseload of either Employers Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) or Road Traffic Accident (RTA) all of which are multi-track claims. Ensuring there is a focus on high value cases. In addition to managing a caseload, the role holder will conduct their own advocacy where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a mixed caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) matters.
- Effectively and efficiently conduct cases on behalf of clients in accordance with the overall policies and objectives of the firm.
- Develop local business to secure referrals.
- Participate in the development, marketing, and success of the department.
Key Requirements
- Must be qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and hold a current practising certificate.
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience and demonstrated experience in managing either an EL/PL or RTA caseload (Must have extensive exposure to multi-track claims).
- Demonstrated experience in conducting own advocacy.
- Strong business development skills.
