Are you an experienced EL/PL Litigator ready to join a progressive, Legal 500-ranked firm?

At Simpson Millar , we’re looking for a skilled Litigation Executive to manage a caseload of employers’ and public liability injury claims —from initial denial right through to trial or settlement.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a litigated caseload (including some CICA files)
• Make informed liability decisions and manage disclosure, medicals, and valuations
• Prepare for and attend trials, negotiate settlements, and liaise with Counsel & ATE providers
• Hit KPIs and maintain accurate, compliant records

✅ What You’ll Need:

• EL/PL litigation experience (pre and post-issue)
• Strong grasp of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
• Knowledge of EL/PL legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and client care skills
• Bonus: Multi-track experience
