Role Purpose To develop and manage a mixed caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) matters ensuring there is a focus on high value cases.
In addition to managing a caseload, the role holder will conduct their own advocacy where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a mixed caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) matters.
Effectively and efficiently conduct cases on behalf of clients in accordance with the overall policies and objectives of the firm.
Develop local business to secure referrals.
Participate in the development, marketing, and success of the department.
Key Requirements Must be qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and hold a current practising certificate.
Have a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience and demonstrated experience in managing an EL/PL caseload Demonstrated experience in in conducting own advocacy.
Strong business development skills.
