What You'll Do
- Manage a litigated caseload of denied EL/PL injury claims (plus some CICA)
- Assess liability and evidence to make quick, informed decisions
- Handle disclosure, medicals, valuations, and trial preparation
- Negotiate settlements and liaise with Counsel and ATE providers
- Monitor KPIs and maintain data accuracy
