What You'll Do

  • Manage a litigated caseload of denied EL/PL injury claims (plus some CICA)
  • Assess liability and evidence to make quick, informed decisions
  • Handle disclosure, medicals, valuations, and trial preparation
  • Negotiate settlements and liaise with Counsel and ATE providers
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain data accuracy
