Simpson Millar is seeking a Paralegal to support a team of solicitors in the personal injury department with Employers Liability and Public Liability claims in Leeds. You will draft letters of claim, witness statements, and schedules of loss, respond to claimant enquiries, and assist Counsel with instructions.
You will help prepare trial bundles and review expert reports while keeping clients updated on progress.
