Location: Hybrid - UK based with regular travel to the North West
Salary: Competitive (DOE/PQE) + On Target Bonus

- Significant Grade A experience in Court of Protection – Property & Affairs
- Prior experience managing people (even if not formally in a HoD role)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
- Ambition to shape and grow a high-performing department
