As a Paralegal you will support a team of Solicitors in the personal injury department with Employers Liability and Public Liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting letters of claim, witness statements, particulars of loss and schedules of loss
- Responding to claimant enquiries
- Assist in preparing instructions to Counsel
- Preparation of trial bundles
- Reviewing expert reports and drafting client updates
- Attending client meetings
- Assist with new client enquiries
- Conducting legal research
Key Requirements
- LB Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience supporting Employers Liability, Public Liability or Personal Injury cases
- Strong client care and organisation skills
