Simpson Millar Solicitors seeks a Team Leader to manage our Multi Track EL/PL team. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality legal services, drive performance, and ensure financial targets are met.
A portion of your time (about 25%) will be hands-on with EL/PL matters, while you mentor staff and develop processes across the department. You will report to the Head of Department, conduct 1-2-1s, reviews, and clinics to maintain standards.
