At Simpson Millar, we are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our growing team.

  • Handling your own advocacy, where appropriate
  • Building strong local networks and referral relationships to drive new business
  • Utilising our case management systems and ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Playing an active role in marketing initiatives, including contributing to our website content and thought leadership

A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Clinical/Medical Negligence.

Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.

Confidence with legal tech and case management systems.

27 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy or sell days.
