To develop and manage a caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims all of which are multi-track claims.

In addition to managing a caseload, the role holder will conduct their own advocacy where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a caseload of RTA matters
- Effectively and efficiently conduct cases on behalf of clients in accordance with the overall policies and objectives of the firm.
- Develop local business to secure referrals.
- Participate in the development, marketing, and success of the department.
- Key Requirements
- Must be qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and hold a current practising certificate.
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience and demonstrated experience in managing a multi-track RTA caseload
- Demonstrated experience in in conducting own advocacy.
- Strong business development skills.
