Job Description As a Paralegal you will support a team of Solicitors in the personal injury department with Employers Liability and Public Liability claims. Key Responsibilities Drafting letters of claim, witness statements, particulars of loss and schedules of loss Responding to claimant enquiries Assist in preparing instructions to Counsel Preparation of trial bundles Reviewing expert reports and drafting client updates Attending client meetings Assist with new client enquiries Conducting legal research Key Requirements LB Law degree or equivalent qualification Previous experience supporting Employers Liability, Public Liability or Personal Injury cases Strong client care and organisation skills Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Simpson Millar is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued, respected, and given equal opportunity to succeed.
