Our Court of Protection team supports vulnerable clients with mental impairments and their families to navigate issues or disputes relating to their health and welfare, including care arrangements, living arrangements, medical treatment, and contact with family members. This is a rewarding area of law that combines legal analysis with direct client interaction, advocacy, and multidisciplinary working to protect the rights and welfare of vulnerable individuals. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of Health Welfare matters, delivering high-quality legal advice and representation.
