An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate solicitor to take a senior role within a busy corporate team. The successful candidate will lead on high-value corporate transactions, develop strong client relationships, and oversee the delivery of technically excellent and commercially sound advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading corporate transactions, including acquisitions, mergers (share and asset purchases), and management buy-outs (MBOs)
- Advising on joint ventures, distribution, agency, franchise, partnership, and shareholder agreements
- Managing company and LLP formation and compliance matters
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including terms and conditions
- Providing guidance on e-commerce and financial services transactions
- Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to overall departmental strategy
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction delivery
