RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working on a broad range of private client matters including estate planning, trusts, and succession planning
  • Advising UK resident individuals and families on wealth structuring and inheritance planning
  • Assisting with the establishment and administration of trusts and other asset-holding structures
  • Drafting wills, trust documentation, powers of attorney, and related private client documents
  • Advising clients on personal tax, estate, and lifetime planning matters
  • Working closely with clients and professional advisers including accountants, trustees, and financial advisers
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department

  • Qualified Solicitor NQ - 3PQE within Private Client
  • Strong experience advising on a broad range of private client matters
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Solid technical knowledge of trusts, estate planning, succession, and personal tax matters
  • STEP qualification (or working towards) advantageous
