An exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding Property Litigation team within a leading regional law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property matters, acting for commercial and private clients across a variety of sectors.

Working as part of a specialist litigation team, you will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while contributing to complex and high-value disputes. This position provides excellent opportunities for professional development, client contact, and business development within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of property litigation matters.
  • Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, dilapidations and breaches of covenant.
  • Handling boundary, easement, restrictive covenant, trespass and nuisance disputes.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court pleadings.
  • Assisting with court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supporting business development and networking activities.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) at NQ level or above.
  • Experience in property litigation, dispute resolution or civil litigation gained during training.
  • Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team.
