A leading Microsoft Dynamics partner is looking to add a Business Central 2nd Line Support Consultant to its growing support team. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting, consulting on, or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV who enjoys investigating complex issues, working closely with customers, and delivering high-quality support.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and resolving Business Central support issues, working directly with customers to identify solutions and ensure excellent service delivery. You will collaborate with developers and internal teams on escalations, coordinate code fixes, and help customers maximise the value of their ERP system.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV in a support, consultancy, or key user capacity.
  • A strong understanding of finance processes and ERP systems is essential, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing customer issues and escalations, and strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, extensions, third-party applications, or telemetry tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
