We\βre seeking a skilled and empathetic Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a respected Private Client team in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle high-quality private client work in a supportive environment with excellent benefits.
About the Role
Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration matters
Drafting Wills and LPAs, preparing estate accounts, and dealing with HMRC for inheritance tax returns
Advising clients and their families on succession planning, estate management and related issues
Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, trustees and third parties with professionalism and discretion
Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
We\βre looking for someone who is:
A qualified solicitor (NQ+ considered) with experience in Wills, Probate and Private Client law
Able to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Empathetic and discreet, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Keen to develop their career in a friendly, forward-thinking team
