Wills & Probate Paralegal – Sheffield\\n\\nSalary: Competitive (dependent on experience)\\n Location: Sheffield (office-based with potential for some flexibility)\\n\\nWe're looking for an organised and personable Wills & Probate Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive private client team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in private client law, working on a wide variety of matters and dealing directly with clients at sensitive times in their lives.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAssisting solicitors and fee earners with a broad range of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration matters\\n\\nDrafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and associated documentation under supervision\\n\\nPreparing estate accounts and dealing with HMRC for inheritance tax returns\\n\\nManaging files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met\\n\\nLiaising with clients, beneficiaries, executors, and other professionals in a compassionate and professional manner\\n\\nConducting legal research and maintaining accurate file records\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nWe're looking for someone who is:\\n\\nExperienced as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a Wills & Probate / Private Client department (or with strong transferable skills from another legal area)\\n\\nHighly organised, with strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills\\n\\nAble to work independently and manage a busy caseload under supervision\\n\\nProfessional, empathetic, and discreet when dealing with sensitive client matters\\n\\nWhat's on Offer\\n\\nA supportive working environment within a respected Sheffield practice\\n\\nDirect exposure to a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration work\\n\\nOpportunities for further training and career progression in Private Client law\\n\\nCompetitive salary (dependent on experience)\\n\\nIf this position sounds of interest to you please contact Steph at Simpson Judge for a confidential ocnversation
