Wills & Probate Paralegal – Sheffield
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

We\’re looking for an organised and personable Wills & Probate Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive private client team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in private client law, working on a wide variety of matters and dealing directly with clients at sensitive times in their lives.
About the Role

Assisting solicitors and fee earners with a broad range of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration matters

Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and associated documentation under supervision

Preparing estate accounts and dealing with HMRC for inheritance tax returns
-
Managing files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met

Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, executors, and other professionals in a compassionate and professional manner

Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate file records
About You
We\’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a Wills & Probate / Private Client department (or with strong transferable skills from another legal area)

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills

Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload under supervision

Professional, empathetic, and discreet when dealing with sensitive client matters
