A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Birmingham is seeking to recruit a Childcare Solicitor to join its well‑established and specialist family and care team. This opportunity is open to newly qualified solicitors through to those with up to 6 years’ PQE.
Location: Birmingham
Contract: Permanent, full‑time (flexible working available)
The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of public law childcare matters, including:
- Care proceedings
- Supervision and placement orders
- Interim applications
- Advocacy (depending on experience)
