Love NetSuite? Thrive on delivering fullâcycle ERP implementations? This is one for you. We're working with a fastâgrowing, forwardâthinking consulting firm that's investing heavily in its NetSuite practice and they're looking for a handsâon Implementation Consultant to play a key role in its continued expansion.
If you've got serious NetSuite implementation experience and enjoy owning projects from discovery through to goâlive (and beyond), you'll fit right in.
The Role
This is a deliveryâfocused, clientâfacing role where you'll take the lead on endâtoâend NetSuite ERP implementations. You'll be the goâto functional expert running workshops, shaping solutions, configuring NetSuite, and ensuring clients get real, tangible value from their systems. You'll also get involved in preâsales and solution design, giving you exposure beyond just delivery and a genuine voice in shaping projects from the outset.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from kickâoff to post goâlive
- Running client workshops to gather requirements and map business processes
- Designing and configuring NetSuite solutions using best practice
- Managing data migration, integrations, and testing cycles
- Supporting UAT, goâlive planning, and postâimplementation support
- Delivering training and driving user adoption
- Contributing to preâsales, scoping, and solution design discussions
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Strong, handsâon NetSuite implementation experience
- Strong understanding of ERP processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
- Experience leading workshops and owning functional workstreams
- Solid knowledge of integrations, data migration, and testing
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware and comfortable managing scope and expectations
Why Apply?
- Be part of a growing NetSuite practice where you can make a real impact
- Work on varied, endâtoâend projects not just siloed phases
- Gain exposure to preâsales and solution design
- Clear career progression as the team scales
- Flexible, hybrid working model
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Life assurance
- Electric car scheme
- Cycle to work scheme
- Enhanced family leave
If you're a NetSuite specialist who actually enjoys the implementation side (not just support) and want to be part of something growing, this is a great move.
