An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and supportive Private Client team specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Estate Administration. This role would suit an ambitious individual looking to further develop their legal career within a collaborative environment, with potential progression towards a CILEX qualification, Solicitor Apprenticeship, or Training Contract.

The successful candidate will have experience managing Will and LPA matters from initial client instruction through to completion and will be confident working directly with clients, including elderly and vulnerable individuals. As the role involves visiting clients at their homes and care facilities, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of Wills, LPAs, and related private client matters
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the case management system

  • Working closely with elderly clients, their families, and bereaved relatives
  • Conducting client visits at private residences and nursing homes
