This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified and those with post-qualification experience to join a growing team handling a varied and engaging caseload of commercial disputes.

You will work closely with experienced litigators on a wide range of commercial dispute matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work while developing your technical and client management skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with and managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
  • Working on disputes including breach of contract, shareholder/director issues, debt recovery, professional negligence and general business disputes
  • Supporting on all stages of litigation, from pre-action through to trial and enforcement
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and legal research
  • Attending client meetings, court hearings and mediations where appropriate
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver effective client outcomes
  • Supporting business development activities and maintaining strong client relationships

About You:

  • NQ + PQE with background from litigation (civil or commercial), housing despair, personal injury, dispute resolution, debt recovery
  • Strong academic background and solid technical grounding
  • A keen interest in developing a career in commercial disputes
  • Confident communicator with good client-facing skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
