The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior solicitors on a varied caseload of contentious property matters acting for commercial and private clients. The role will involve advising clients on a broad range of property litigation matters, including:
- Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings and forfeiture actions
- Boundary, easement, and right of way disputes
- Dilapidations claims
- Trespass and nuisance matters
- Property-related contractual disputes
- Enforcement of covenants
- Debt recovery linked to property matters
- General litigation support on complex and high-value disputes
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload, with appropriate supervision, while also assisting senior fee earners on more complex matters.
