I'm working with a well-regarded regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy and supportive Commercial Property team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property work and would suit someone with previous property or conveyancing experience who is keen to develop their career within a collaborative firm.

The Role

  • Supporting fee earners on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
  • Assisting with commercial leases, renewals, variations and licences
  • Conducting title reviews, searches and CPSEs
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
  • Managing files from instruction through to completion and post-completion
  • Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and SDLT returns
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in commercial property
  • Law degree (LLB) or equivalent preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
