A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its growing disputes practice. Working closely with an established Litigation Partner, you will gain exposure to a broad range of complex, high value and often international disputes. The team acts for entrepreneurs, corporates, investors, family offices and high net worth individuals across a variety of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigator seeking greater responsibility, direct client exposure and a genuine platform for career progression.

The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of contentious matters including:

  • Commercial contract disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Civil fraud and asset tracing matters
  • Injunctive relief and urgent applications
  • Domestic and international arbitration
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Real estate and property-related disputes
  • Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation
  • Enforcement proceedings and asset recovery

The team regularly handles complex matters involving significant commercial and reputational risk and works closely with clients to develop strategic dispute resolution solutions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Between 2–4 years' PQE gained within a recognised litigation practice
  • Strong technical ability and drafting skills
  • Experience managing matters with appropriate supervision
  • Commercial awareness and strong client relationship skills
  • Interest in complex commercial disputes and international matters
  • Experience of High Court litigation would be advantageous
