Position Overview:
My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Litigation Associate with a minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in Central London, The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes and a strong understanding of litigation processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Have experience in contract disputes, claims for breaches of duty, disputes between shareholders and fraud investigations together with some cross-border work and a variety of other civil and commercial claims.
- Experience in working independently on their own caseload and should be confident in supervising work carried out by junior staff.
- Be of at least 6 years post qualification.
- Excellent academics.
