Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated residential property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in central London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running a property caseload as a London firm.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including but not limited to sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, transfer of equity files,
· Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to property matters.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
· Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
· Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile.
· Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Qualifications + Experience:
· Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Residential Property.
· Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property.
· Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
· Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
