Our client specializes in property law, litigation, employment, family, and private client, offering legal services to a range of clients. My client is seeking a junior residential property solicitor, from NQ-2PQE, to join their property team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of assisting a solicitor on a mixed residential property caseload, and/or running their own property caseload. Assist and run a caseload of residential property matters. · Prepare and draft legal documents. · Conduct property searches · Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services. · Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the property sector.
