What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new build, shared ownership, and re-mortgages.
- Delivering high-quality, client-focused legal advice, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate and contributing to team initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent client care skills and a proactive, personable approach.
- A team player who is also confident working autonomously.
