A highly regarded Top Legal 500 law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor (2–6 years PQE) to join its established and thriving Real Estate team in Central Manchester. Known for its quality work, supportive culture, and excellent reputation across the North West, this firm offers genuine career progression and a market-leading working environment.

You will handle a high-quality caseload of residential property matters while working alongside a strong and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a department that continues to grow its reputation for technical excellence and client service. You will handle:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Complex or high-value residential property matters (depending on PQE level)
  • Liaising with developers, lenders, estate agents, and private clients
  • Managing files independently with appropriate supervision
  • Supporting junior team members where necessary

We are keen to speak with confident, motivated Residential Property Solicitors with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to client care. You will have:

  • 2–6 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • A meticulous eye for detail and ability to work efficiently
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment
