The Opportunity
I’m currently working with a well-established, high-street practice in South Manchester that’s looking to expand its residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience managing a full caseload from instruction to completion.
The firm has built a strong reputation locally for quality service and client care, with a loyal client base and regular referral work. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team in a firm that genuinely values work-life balance, autonomy, and professionalism.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and help to buy
- Title checks, reporting, and drafting contracts
You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish, with access to administrative support and conveyancing software to streamline processes. The firm encourages a hands-on, proactive approach to client service.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
