Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: South Manchester (4 Days Office-Based)

About the Role:
We are working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in South Manchester who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 2+ years’ fee-earning experience to work on a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions while developing their career in a supportive, high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, mortgage advisors, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Draft and review contracts, leases, transfer documents, and legal correspondence
- Ensure all cases comply with regulatory requirements, including AML checks
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other parties to facilitate smooth completions
- Handle post-completion matters efficiently
- Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines consistently
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ fee-earning experience in residential or commercial conveyancing
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using case management software and Microsoft Office
