Position Overview:
My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team whilst working fully remote. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex Employment cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Employment Tribunal and/or Regulatory cases
- Supporting the team with County Court/High Court litigation
- Providing day-to-day legal advice to clients
- Drafting pleadings, advice letters and legal documents
- Attending networking and marketing events
Qualifications + Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Have impeccable customer/client service skills
