Client Relationship Coordinator – Leicester
We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Relationship Coordinator to support the Client Relationship Lead and act as the central point of contact for one of our largest clients. This role is ideal for a confident self‑starter who can coordinate service delivery across multiple legal teams and ensure a consistently high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Support the Client Relationship Lead with day‑to‑day coordination and communication.
- Provide general client care, follow client protocols, and update processes as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and delivery.
- Handle client calls, messages, and non‑legal queries.
- Liaise with Business Development regarding client activity and data management.
Administrative & Client Support
- Manage workloads and deadlines effectively.
- Oversee filing, record‑keeping, and compliance documentation.
- Produce high‑quality documents and presentations.
- Maintain accurate client information and assist with time recording.
- Provide diary management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and general team admin.
- Support allocation of work across the secondment team and help coordinate cover.
