Role: Real Estate Solicitor (NQ) Salary: £45,000 Location: Glasgow City Centre Are you a motivated solicitor looking to build a successful career in commercial property law? We at Simpson Judge are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded Glasgow firm, who will provide you with direct exposure to experienced senior solicitors, high-quality work, and genuine opportunities for fast-track progression. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone from newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 4 years’ post-qualification experience to become involved in a broad range of transactional and advisory work. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of commercial property matters, including: Investment sales and purchases Commercial lending and finance transactions Acquisition and sale of licensed premises and commercial businesses Residential and commercial development site acquisitions and disposals Residential conveyancing, including purchases and sales A range of general property transactions and client advisory matters From day one, you will work closely with the experienced partners and solicitors, receiving the support and guidance needed to quickly develop your skills and take ownership of client work.
