We’re working with a dynamic, values-led law firm with a great reputation. With multiple offices, and a flexible working model, this is a fantastic opportunity for a 4–6 PQE Solicitor to take the next step in their legal career.

About the Role

You’ll join an experienced and growing real estate team supporting a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, occupiers, and funders. The work is varied and stimulating, typically covering:

  • Commercial and residential development
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property acquisitions and disposals
  • Real estate aspects of corporate transactions
  • Real estate finance and secured lending

You’ll handle your own files, work closely with senior colleagues on major transactions, and be trusted with direct client contact. The team has a strong internal support structure and collaborative approach, it’s a great environment to do your best work.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from solicitors with around 4–6 years’ PQE and a solid background in real estate law. You’ll have experience in at least some of the following:

  • Commercial property transactions
  • Development work (residential or commercial)
  • Leases, renewals, and management
  • Lender-side or borrower-side real estate finance

We’re looking for individuals who are technically strong, proactive, and client-focused solicitors who take pride in service quality and who enjoy solving problems as part of a wider team.
