Are you a motivated Paralegal with experience in Motoring Offences and litigation? Our client, a highly respected national law firm, is looking for a dedicated Motor Defence Paralegal to join their established team in Preston.
As a recruiter working closely with this firm, we’re seeking someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and ready to progress within a fast-paced, supportive legal environment.
The Role
In this role, you will assist solicitors within the firm’s Motor Defence department. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of motor defence files under supervision.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
